Honda K20 and K24 Bellhousing Kit
A complete bellhousing, clutch and release bearing kit to connect the Honda K20 or K24 to any Ford Type 9 pattern gearbox.
The high quality heavy duty clutch kit kit includes an uprated clutch cover,retaining bolts and friction disc.
Includes a concentric heavy duty release bearing. The slave cylinder inlet and bleed should be located vertically and the hydraulic clutch pipe routed through 2 holes drilled in the best location within the bellhousing flange for your application.
The spigot bearing converts the crankshaft to accommodate the Ford Type 9 Gearbox in a RWD installation. Needed in order to support the longer length of the Ford Type 9 gearbox input shaft. Fits in the standard recess in crankshaft.
Note: It will be necessary to cut a standard Type 9 input shaft spigot down by around 6mm, reducing the overall length of the input shaft from 171mm to 165mm. This is needed as the Honda K Series engine has a shallow spigot bearing recess.
The bolt set consist of 3 x 12mm x 1.25mm pitch cap head bolts to engine 3 x 12mm x 1.75mm pitch cap head bolts to bellhousing 2 x 10mm x 1.5mm pitch cap head bolts to bellhousing.
