This bellhousing allows the 1.8l, 2.0l or 2.3l Duratec engine or Ford 2.0 and 2.3 Ecoboost to be connected to the a Borg Warner or Tremec T5 gearbox using a hydraulic clutch.
Connects any 4 cylinder Ford Duratec or the Ford 2.0 and 2.3 Ecoboost* engine to a Borg Warner / Tremec T5 gearbox or Sierra Cosworth T5 gearbox.
To be used with the Borg Warner T5 Hydraulic Release Bearing Kit or Borg Warner T5 Hydraulic Heavy Duty Release Bearing Kit
Not compatible with standard flywheel. Needs Ford Duratec lightweight Steel Flywheel – 8 1/2″ *** or Ford Duratec lightweight Steel Flywheel – 7 1/4″ Race Clutch Plate.
You may also need the spigot bearing that fits directly in the end of the crankshaft.

Requires that the original tube where the thrust bearing slides needs cutting off leaving only the part that houses the oil seal if using our Borg Warner T5 Hydraulic Release Bearing Kit or Borg Warner T5 Hydraulic Heavy Duty Release Bearing Kit.
*Please note that Ford Ecoboost engines under 2.0 litres are the Sigma or Zetec SE bellhousing pattern.
